Aegean Airlines Announces Major Sale: Save Up to 50% on Network Flights

As the peak summer season of 2026 begins to wind down, Aegean Airlines and its subsidiary Olympic Air have announced a major promotional event designed to inspire future travel. For those looking to secure their next getaway at a fraction of the cost, the carriers are offering a network-wide sale with discounts ranging from 20% to 50%. This extensive offer covers a wide array of destinations across Greece, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, providing travelers with significant savings for the upcoming autumn and winter seasons.

How to Secure the Savings

To take advantage of this limited-time offer, passengers must complete their bookings by September 2, 2026. The promotion is tailored for travel departing between September 15, 2026, and March 31, 2027. This broad window makes it an ideal opportunity for those planning late-year vacations, winter holiday trips, or even early spring adventures in 2027. The discounts are automatically applied to the fares shown on the reservation system, simplifying the booking process for savvy travelers.

Breakdown of Seasonal Discounts

The airline has introduced a tiered discount structure based on the specific travel dates and the type of fare selected. Understanding these periods can help travelers maximize their savings:

• September 15 – November 8, 2026: A 25% discount is available across all economy fare types, including Light, Flex, Family, and ComfortFlex.
• November 9 – December 16, 2026: Travelers can save 30% on Light fares and 35% on Flex, Family, and ComfortFlex tickets.
• December 17, 2026 – January 10, 2027: For the festive season, a 20% discount applies to Light fares and 25% to other economy categories.
• January 11 – February 28, 2027: This period offers the deepest savings, with up to 50% off ComfortFlex fares and 40% to 45% off other tickets.
• March 1 – March 31, 2027: The sale concludes with a steady 20% to 25% discount across the network.

Exploring the Aegean Network

This promotion is not limited to domestic Greek flights; it encompasses the entire network of direct and connecting routes. Whether you are dreaming of the historical landmarks of Athens, the stunning views in Santorini, or connecting through Greece to major international cities like Cairo or Jeddah, the sale offers a versatile range of options. It is a perfect time to explore diverse cultures and landscapes while benefiting from the high service standards of Greece’s flag carrier.

Important Booking Considerations

Travelers should note that the percentage discount applies only to the base fare and does not include taxes or additional airport fees. The offer is valid exclusively for flights operated by Aegean and Olympic Air, meaning codeshare flights with partner airlines are excluded. While the sale provides incredible value, passengers should also review the terms associated with their chosen fare class regarding changes and cancellations to ensure their plans remain flexible. With such a wide variety of dates and destinations, this sale represents a prime opportunity to map out a global itinerary for the year ahead.
